Whenever I click the vr camera button on the app the app completely crashes on every device I try it on.

Fly away drone....lost.
Purchased H2OH drone in January 2021. (I have several other drones of various sizes). A few attempts at flying and noticed throttle control extremely sensitive. Impossible to fly indoors. When flown outdoors on windless day, drone would start but when a very small amount of throttle applied drone would gain altitude very quickly and difficult/slow to react to any throttle command to kill power. On second attempt, drone did not respond at all and kept gaining altitude out of control range and out of sight. Drone lost due to this problem. Drone was calibrated before each flight and was on first speed setting.. Batteries in controller new. Noticed a few other users of this drone have mentioned this problem in other reviews on various websites. My first JJRC drone but given this problem, it will likely be my last purchase of your brand.

Dear JJRC Customer Services, i have a problem with the drone..why is my drone jjrc x8 cetus more likely gone wild and nearly out of control when gps mode is on,gps calibration is done correctly and far from any metal or magnetic object and takeoff with 10 and above satellite detected..the problem occurs more often it doesnt like that the first time i have it..please help me how to solve the problem..thank you..

The left wheels will not work when pressing any of the controls -forward, back wards, left or right. The right wheels work fine. We purchased this December 6th 2020 For our grandson for Christmas. The batteries are well charged and you can manually rotate the wheels. Please advise. Thank you.

I bought the Three King Robot from Amazon in December 2020. Now, it will not charge. When I plug in the charger that it came with, it does not charge, even after being left for an entire day to charge. I would like a new charger or a robot replacement.

Cannot connect to app. In settings, Drone-xxxxxx and Controller-xxxxxx do not show up in wifi as any networks. I have an Iphone 8. I checked on another Iphone 8, an Iphone 11 and an Iphone 12. Nothing shows the Drone or Controller in wifi networks. I also have 2 more questions. 1) Your instructions ask for the controller ID. The only numbers on the controller are Model NO.;E01003H. Instructions ask for last 6 characters. I assume it wants 01003H. Correct? If not, where do I get the numbers required. I have a video of attempted connection with the app if you want it.

Dear Sir/Madam...Just purchased a new x12 drone. I have an iphone 8 and iphone 12. The drone wireless signal cannot be detected by either the iphone 8 or iphone 12. The network names Controller-xxxx and Drone-xxxxx do not appear in the wifi settings.....Please Advise
