Hello,

I bought a JJRC X9PS drone, however, I couldn't find replacement propellers anywhere.

I bought Mavic Mini propellers as I thought they were very similar, but the screw size is different, so, unfortunately, they didn't fit.

Are the JJRC X16 propellers compatible with the X9PS drone, or is there anywhere I can find the X9PS ones?

My drone no longer saves photos to the SD Card. Videos are OK. Originally my drone would save both photos and videos to my SD Card and would also download to my IPhone 8 automatically. This suddenly changed about a month ago and I then had to download them manually from the file in the Enjoy Fly App. Now I cannot take any photos?? Any help or advice, Many Thanks Mark Brown.

Not to happy with the calibration of drone . has none really but how would I know without better Manual for it? What Manual I have is weak in its support. I have not flown it yet but am weary of doing so.

Missing English User Manual

Do not have a USB cable that connects to the robot to charge it

Just purchased brand new phone for the purpose of flying this drone. Enjoyfly app froze after taking pictures in app and nearly returned to water. Is there a firmware update for this drone. I see no firmware available on your website. This makes me very nervous when flying this drone that i will lose control and it will land in a bad spot. I also lost connection when the drone was not very far even though i had 12 satellites. I had to download the enjoyfly app via an APK file because it is not available in google play in the USA.

My 8 year old grandson received this boat as a gift. After charging the batteries, they were installed according to the manual. It started to smoke and we could smell burning plastic.

This item is brand new and is unusable. Please provide a refund or new product.

Very impressed with the flying capabilities of the drone but unfortunately the camera photos and video footage is grainy and mostly pink in colour. I am hoping that you can help in solving the problem.

I just bought this device and have been having issues with the phone pairing. further, the tilt on the camera no longer works.
