My son received the H23 Gyro Drone as a gift. The front and back left side propellers do not work. The turning is not that great. Is there any replacement?

My drone still same only vlue light light constant and green light flashing....you sent me emai about 6. Lock/Unlock motor but why stil flashing the green light hmmmmm....if can please make the vedeo for me boss...by the way my drone is new and I only play indoor mode....please teach me how to make the green light constant

I can't connect the app to my drone. I've tried both android and iOS devices. Device connected but app shows no pictures from the camera.
