The camera on my Hax drone records the video/image upside down, what can I do about it?

I received a Baby Elfie for my birthday yesterday. Today, I went to fly it for the first time at a local park. On the second time flying it, I somehow lost control of the drone, and it simply began flying away from me. It flew for about 50 yards (around a corner) and I found it laying nearby (after searching for several minutes).

I changed the battery, an tried another flight. The drone did the same thing -- flying away from me, uncontrollably -- over a tennis court this time. I hit "emergency stop" in hopes of seeing it land through the tennis court fence. However, I did not see it land, and this time I was unable to retrieve it after an exhaustive search.

I have trouble believing that this issue was due to user-error (although I didn't have it long enough to get a larger sample size).

In any event, while I would like (but do not expect) a replacement, I feel this issue is a real problem that customers should be aware of, going forward.

Just unpacked the drone. It's flashing 3 times blue then green and no commands work (headless mode)

Hi i can t connect my h47 drone to the jjrx app on my honor 9 lite phone, can you help me plz.

I have downloaded your app. It will not connect to wi-fi via my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. My wi-fi is on. I have turned both unit and phone on and off. Elfie is flashing looking for signal but the wifi signal does not appear in the screen. It just has the circle spinning in middle of app screen like its trying to find the wifi signal.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled your app several times.
Nothing seems to work to connect it to wifi on phone. Also, I have let it sit for 10 minutes to see if it would connect. It did not.

I received H62 a week ago and was trying to operate the drone. I have H502E and H216A of HUBSAN and fly them without any problems, but now I am facing difficulty with operating yourH62 splendor.
Using JJRC SPLE from Google play, I can let it take off, hover, turn 180°&take pictures by selfie button, and land safely. However, once I use joysticks (left hand mode), it moves unpredictable direction and hard to control. Let me know what is wrong?
