I recently bought a H40WH RC Tank Quadcopter which has developed a problem after its second flight. When I press the take off button, only two of the four motors work, any ideas what might be wrong? Do you sell spares? Regards David

Hi guys, I am new to this but I am desperate for help..
I have a JJRC D66 drone which I have been enjoying right up to today. I had a bit of a rough landing and now one of the props will not stop spinning. All the other three operate perfectly well but the fourth spins at full speed as long as the battery is plugged in, even when the drone is switched off. I have searched around on the internet but can't find anyone with a similar problem, I'm sure it's a switch issue but I would appreciate some help with a diagnosis..

Comprei um drone baby elfie, mas não consigo usá-lo por muito tempo porque a bateria descarregada muito rápido. Dura no máximo uns 10 minutos. Já efetuei o carregamento como manda o manual ( carregar durante 60 minutos) espero led do carregador apagar, mas mesmo assim quando coloco a bateria e ligo o drone a carga dura no máximo 10 minutos. Aí ele começa a piscar e perde altitude até chegar ao chão, depois quando tento ligado de novo o flash vai enfraquecendo até ele desligar de novo.
Como faço pra resolver esse problema, tem uma assistência técnica aqui no Brasil. Eu fiz a compra e fevereiro e levou 4 meses pra chegar, será que vai demorar pra resolver meu problema???

上記の商品を購入し、3回飛行させて楽しんでおりましたけど、いずれの場合も突然、まるでローバッテリー若しくは電波ロスによるゴーホーム機能が働いたような状態になり、上空高く（３０ｍ）上がり目視不可能な距離まで飛んでいきました。しかし、いずれの場合もGPS信号も10個以上検知していましたので、RTFスイッチを入れる事で戻ってきました。さすがGPS機能付きだと思って過信してましたが、4回目の飛行時、3回目までの状態と同様に突然ロストしました。RTFスイッチを入れて、待つことおよそ5分戻って来ません。
モニターを確認しても、ロスト時のバッテリー残量６０％ GPS14個はありました。
ドローン初心者の為、信頼性のあるjjrcの機体を購入したはずでしたが、残念でありません。1機目は、H-47これは私の操縦ミスと風の影響を受けて川の上空でしばしホバリングしてそのまま着陸。水没しました。
この経験を踏まえていろんなドローンを検討した結果、
