I have Blue crab . I found the instruction about how to charge.. but it's difficult to unplug the battery from the drone.. I dont understand why your company made it so difficult to charge it. every time i need to charge it i have to unplug it? it's so hard to unplug only one time but how can i do it ?

Tried turning on the app then going to wifi and connecting to drone wifi and same thing connects for a second then disconnects immediately not giving anytime to get the app working

Cannot keep the wifi drone network connected on my samsung s9 plus. After saying there is no internet available the phone immediately disconnects from the wifi not giving me time to open the app and get the drone working. It had originally worked in my s7 before I upgraded phones but no longer stays in long enough for me to operate the drone and the s7 no longer works it either
