Did not get enough long screws, that attach the no. 4 carbon fiber blade protectors, with my NEW H31Quadcopter, 2.4 ghz, 6 axis Gyro. DO not want to fly, until the blade guards are attached. I need 4 more. How can I get these? Thank you for your input.

Recently I bought the H45 drone from one of your reseller. I plugged the battery but the drone didn't switch on. I thought the battery is uncharged so I charged the battery but it was the same. When I switch the power button nothing happens. The lights don't shine and I cant connect with drone by app. Here is the short video https://youtu.be/46PZSWnLS9Y
Can you help me ? AM I doing something wrong ?

EVERYTHING YOU ADVERTISE ABOUT THE Q39 IS TRUE' BUT WHAT YOU DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE CLUTCH! THE SECOND WEEK MY GRANDSON HAD IT FAILED! FIRST IT LOST REVERSE AND THEN FORWARD DRIVE! VERY VERY POOR DESIGN! THE REST OF THE Q39 IS GREAT, BUT IF YOU HAVE THAT MUCH POWER AND A MICKEY MOUSE CLUTCH! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS R/C CAR. i would like to tell you about a company that is selling your product and giving it a bad rap. i ordered a drone from a company called hoppamania, as soon as i ordered it i tried to cancel in an email cause there is no phone to call. it didnt matter what i said in the email it was a generic answer. i needed to cancel cause i dont have the equipment to use this drone. so after 3 months of trying i lost out on $90.00 because this company doesnt respond to emails and there is no phone. i should of done my homework a little better because the comments on the site state not to trust this company, you will lose your money.

我住台灣，買了一部 貴司 H40HW飛天坦克，但拆箱後卻只能在地面跑，因為4支螺桿無法伸出，所以無法飛行，如何修理？
