I can not get my drone to rise more than 5 centimeters, I already tried the control and with the app following the instructions but I do not know how to raise

This is regarding my Amazon order# 111-3895113-3695463 for JJR/C H47 RC Drone. As soon as I paired remote and calibrated drone and took out for first flight around 15-17 meters range, due to glitch in programming it lost track with remote and went out of range and was not controllable with remote at all. We tried to chase it but it just went high and out of range and out of sight in the mountain. Also while chasing my daughter got badly hurt. She is very sad and disappointed to lose her Christmas gift due to programming glitch on very first try.
I am writing to see if we can get replacement drone as I have rest of the stuff with me except for the drone with a battery. Clearly the loss was due to programming glitch and I will really appreciate if it can be replaced.

I have a JJRC Cygnus. I’ve had the drone four days now and am very happy with performance of drone. The app I’m having trouble with. I am using an iPhone 6s with t-mobile network to connect with the app. The video is extremely delayed and I am not able to record a single steady video. I have went threw all steps on connecting and it does finally connect but video is always delayed.. please help!! Thank you.

I just purchased the JJRC baby elfie, the android app works perfectly but I haven't been able to link the elfie to my Ipad. I get the message that no Wifi detected after I have selected the baby elfie in Wifi settings on my Ipad.

Hi, I recently received the H38 that I'd ordered through Hoppania but during the second flight with no wind the Unit seemed to be flying away from me and higher without my using controls to do so. I was always within 10-15 m during flight. It even went across the street and I had to force land it on the sidewalk across the street from the park I was in. On the third attempt it also did not respond and it continued until it hit a barrier and fell into a drain inside the park where I had to retrieve it. On this occasion there was also no wind and I followed it and was never more than 5-8 m away. I retrieved it and took it home. Charged the battery and turned it on again after an hour. The lights came on bright as ever but the wifi is not connecting. Please assist.

Sorry I forgot to tell you the model drone I got it is the baby selfie h37 and the question is can I use the 3.7v 500mah over the 400mah and does it make a difference in flying time thank you
