I bought your item n°Q36. I leave in France.
Whenever I try to charge the battery, the light of USB is immediately constant. When I unplug the battery from the USB charger, the USB light starts to flash... when I plug the battery again, the light turns back to constant straight away...
The battery is empty and, as you understand, I cannot charge it.
Any suggestion?

I have just got the JJRC blue crab . The drone is turning on and flashing however my iPhone is not pairing with the device and sometimes not even showing on the phone. I have tried using another iPhone to test if it is my phone but it is still not working correctly

Please could you suggest what can be done ?

I have an iPhone 5S and when I attempt to connect to Blue Crab via JJRC FPV I get message ' WiFI is not available'

I have checked device set up and iPhone has JJRC-1f20e set as Wifi

Baby Elfie: After flying baby elfie for 2 Min. max., the lights start flashing in intervalls and b. e. cannot be controlled any more. After landing, it needs to be turned off, in order to be restarted. Calibration cannot be completed – after calibration flashes regularly, lights go out and then start flashing in intervalls again.

I purchased the Ble Crab drone....but cant seem to get the control interface to fully download

The controller won't stay connected to the drone

My daughter opened her Baby Elfie Christmas morning to find 1 of the 3 are unusable because the plug is not secure to the battery assembly. After flying it a few times in the house and switching out the two batteries that are usable the Baby Elfie is not working any longer. When you turn it on only a red light flashes I have charged the 2 working batteries and tried and also tried calibrating the remote per the instruction booklet. This it is an awesome little drone so please help. my daughter loved it !!!

I received your product (Blue Crab) as a Christmas gift. Followed the instructions to download the app from Google play (Android), and connect to the drone through WiFi, but the drone doesn't fly. The camera and video feed work, but as far as trying to get it to fly is where it doesn't work.
If you are going to sell a product using via app, you need to make sure it works properly.
