My new babay elfie does not bind easily on the hand controller or on android or on ios. As it is a gift and I live in south africa I dont know where to go or what to do.

Got non working remote with new baby elfiie waited 5 weeks for this to arive just got today.whats rong with remote put brand new batterys in and stuff.

The battery that came with the car came with problem, and did not work. we had to buy another. The car just goes forward, does not go back - reverse! I'm waiting for the answer.

Hi There,
I received you're "Blue Crab" drone by regular mail last monday december 12th.
After reading the instructions and unpacking the drone, I was ready for test flying. Battery was charged and plugged in. Network connection established. Drone switched on, lights flashing, software activated, video stream visible on the phone.
Lift-off? Nothing happens, the blades are not turning.
What to do? Please reply at the soonest, I bought this little drone for my work. I take survey from difficult roofs by means of the pictures shot with the drone. At least that is/was my idea.

I have a R1 Robot however it is in Chinese. I would like to know if there is a way to convert the language to English. I have looked all over the internet and read the owners manual in order to solve this problem on my own. But to no avail. Please send me any and all information you have regarding the language settings on this robot.
