I bought H42 on November 26 through AMAZONE Japan with Battery kit and Spare Parts kit (4 pcs Blades). I however have to inform you that I have not operated it with pleasure. Just the first 1 day,we opetaed it, after that each time I faced un-worked problem of Drone. I changed all Blades into a new and also chardged Battery full. But Drone have not hovered at all althogh All Blades (4 pcs) arerotating very well. I saw your FAQ, but I could not find out any right reply.I read well your English manual and adjusted all accordingly. But nothing happened. Please instruct how I could fover your Drone itself.

Purchased a H23 Drone after opening package there was no battery, charging cable or HD camera or instructions to operate drone. Without these items drone is useless to me. Can I purchase these item directly from your company. Please advise.

Hi, I recently acquired a mini drone H37 baby Elfie, but I having problems to connect the drone by WIFI, since I turn on the Drone, I turn on the WIFI of my cell phone and scanning from my cell phone the Drone's SSID is not seen. I got the jjrc blue crab as a birthday present a few days ago... I charged the Lithium battery. Then I put it back into the drone. After that i downloaded the jjrc app and opened it. Then I pressed the on button on the drone. I got the video signal so I tried to take off as the manual told me. But I couldnt take of. So I looked up the sign that was displaying in the App. The App told me that i was having an emergency stop. I just want to fly a bit.

I can't get it to sync with my wifi...?
It worked the first time I tried it and now it won't work I can't figure out how to pair it with my phone.... I have the app but it won't connect.... what do I do now...?? Should I return this or can I get a new one that works please ??
