I have the Q35, fresh out of the box. I cannot get the rc truck to go in reverse. Anything I can do to troubleshoot the issue?

Hi I've just bought H31 quadcopter - after couple of hours device can't take off ( deviated), every blades are this same shape, and they are working with this same speed rotation...What should I do?

I recently bought a JJRC H11WH quad copter. The only app that recognizes and runs the quad copter is Flyeye, and the only version of Flyeye that will both connect to and run the quad copter is the Apple version. The Android version of Flyeye on my android tablet will control the quadcopter, but it will not connect and run the quadcopter unless I connect with the controller , first. Neither the Apple or the Android version will turn off the lights. the controller will not control the lights, either. I have already submitted a hardware support report on the controller issue.
I have tried the Video Copter app, but it does not recognize the H11WH, at all. Your JJRC app will not recognize the H11WH, either.
On my Android phone, the Flyeye button to make the controls Appear is covered by the back button, making the controls to run the copter inaccessible. I have a Tracfone version of the LG phone.
