Can you clarify first time start up? Page 24 say to press lock button continuously while Turing on power to controller.Is drone power on when doing this?Quick set up seem to show power drone after. All so there is reference to moving controller joy sticks to full up position. As well as positioning joy sticks to bottom left,simuiltaneously .Can you please clarify at what point of first set up to do this?Please provide any and all first time start up , I have read on line manual and am unclear on these matters .Thanks in advance for your HELP Tom

Recently I bought a JJRC x12 drone but flew against a chair in my garden. It crashed on the ground but since this was only 1 meter high everythings looks OK. However it does not start up anymore completely: the sound it makes when switching on is different (the beginning of the sound is still the same but I miss a small sound at the end). Also the LED stays solid blue and it does not connect my phone. I tried to start it up many times but only once I could after I opened the drone (I looked for broken things or loose wires but did not find anything). Unfortunately this was only once. So now my question is, do you have document where I can find what is broken when depending on the sound it makes or status of the LED. It seems that due to an issue the initialization sequence cannot completes due to an issue. I would like to know what this is so I have a direction where to investigate or which module to replace (GSP module, gyro, compass etc). Can you give me some repair info?

I received drone on Jan 5th . Being egger to fly I immediately put battery's on charge . I have extensive experience with drones and understand the mechanical functions of each. Once drone was powered on and hovering I hit the left toggle up to rise a few feet higher but it continued to fly straight up. Would respond to any of my commands and eventually flew outta sight. Writing today to see if any other experiences like this has ocuured and if anyway to have it replaced without being able to return defected drone because I've never found it ( and I've spent hours looking). Any information would be appreciated and a replacement would.be appreciated also
