balance bar assemble broke i took out screw below bar and above top 2 blades. it slide off I can not find replacement parts thru you all? other manufacturers have similar rpacement parts how can i get or steer me inright direction asap.

I have Cady Wike, smart robot with touch response: So, whr I try to charge, always say need recharge, I let it him for 2 hrs, nothing, more the 3 hrs, and nothing get charge, always same, I contact Amazon, and say need contact with you guys, I work for all december in the night, for my christmas gift for my kid, I don't have more money to pay other toy, choose only wish you can help with these, please. thank you

I sent you a mail some days before that I have problems with my Q70 RC cars. 4WD worked some minutes but now only It is working with 2WD. Do you have a suggestion what should I check? The Drone wont start, even when the batteries are fully charged, the quadrocpter wont turn on, when i plug the usb cable to an ac connector it sounds just like when its going to be turn on, but wont sent any wifi signal to any device, light turn red in the front and blue in the back,. what should i do?

After those pairing and calibrations, two red lamp of Drone are flashing continuously, the motors do not rotate and can't take off even we instruct it from the Remote device. Please advise what does it means by Red lamps flashing ?
