Camera has stopped recognising the memory card has been inserted and therefore isn’t taking or storing images or videos. We have reset the camera etc.

My wife bought me this rc car in 2017. It stayed in the box until just recently. It is awesome I went to your website to look for parts and unfortunately found no parts and that the car has been discontinued. Is there a place to get parts for it and more importantly is there a blushless motor setup? Thank you.

Hi. I am contacting you regarding a purchase made days ago. I bought jjrc h345 mini and, as soon as it arrived home, I tried it right away. The next day, I started to notice some problems right away. Basically, if I use the button of the remote control to make the drones lift up, they do not do it accurately. The drone rotates and moves sideways, making it unmanageable. I tried replacing the propellers but the situation did not change. I think it may be, at this point, a problem about the remote control. I hope you can give me some info on this. Best regards

Hello, I just acquired a brand new JJRC X9 Heron as a gift, and I couldn't make it even start rafter following all the right steps. The main issue is that when I try to start the drone to either pair it with the controller or with the phone, it only makes the inital sound, the camera adjusts and the lights turn on but they never blink, they just stay in solid red and blue. After that nothing happens, the drone never beeps or blinks again, the controller doesn't make it move even if I follow the steps to pair it, and the phone never sees the drone in the WiFi list. Is there anything I could do to solve this problem or does it need to be sent to repair? I would thank any information that could help me.

本人身处香港，有朋友送赠的一架贵公司GPS入门级操控无人机(H55)，但使用不久之后,其中一个风叶(电机)不再转动，而根据贵公司说明书，应要更换一个新的电机,本人有以下问题:
1. 那里可以买到这新的电机
2. 本人曾尝试松开螺丝，但末端（即四个电机位置也打不开），这是甚么原因呢？有更详细的说明书教导如何更换电机吗？
另外，本人有另外两个操作问题
１． 校正之后，通常也电机不能动。但如按下其他征调键后，有时就可以了。这是甚么原因？
２． 手机（IPHONＥ）已安装程序，但拍摄后的相或片在手机或ＳＤ咭也找不到，这是甚么原因？
