Hello, we received the Cady Wida as a gift for my son and only the right side wheels work and the left doesn’t. The robot spins in circles and does not go straight. Is there a way to fix this or get a replacement?

Drone cannot established location when paired to RC (flashing green) until long period (approximately 5 minutes) it turned off automatically. Even to CY-Fly app says the drone is under RC. Please help. I already contacted the seller for possible replacement and they only issued ticket numbers 1) Re: [No Subject] [#AF1031204483] 2) Support Ticket Opened [#PR1031260383]. I want replacement for my Aurora , I am very exited to fly this since November 23, 2020 I purchased and it arrive here in the 6121 Philippines on December 11, 2020. I had a fan blade hitch up the day I started using the product. I think that the small gear that links to the large gear by the fan blade is stripped. I want to know if I could get some replacement gears for me to fix myself.

I receive my new drone JJRC X6 and it is no good. The gimbal camera makes a weird cog noise and moves up and down and right to left. It is not possible to connect to its wifi server on 5Ghz and impossible to see the image. Please help me I can't use my new Drone.

HALLO. I BOUGHT THE OBJECT TWO DAYS AGO AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT CAMERA. IN THE BEGINNING IT WORKED WELL BUT NOW IT CANNOT AYTOFOCUS. I SEE OBJECTS THAT ARE NEAR CLEAN BUT FAR WITH FOG. WHAT COULD I DO TO CORRECT IT ?

Hello there, my son has a Cady Wida robot that he loves to play, unfortunately he lost the cable to charge the robot and we don’t know where to order one. We have ordered twice the cable but the size of the head that goes in the belly of the robot don’t fit. Could we order the cable from you? Regards, William

Remote Control Not Working any longer. It worked fine the first couple times I flew it then one day and a little bit of smoke came from the top of the remote for a second, after that it no longer worked.
