hi there. after a loose of control and falling 4 feet to the floor. the drone now powers on but the blue power button light is solid blue and then changes to a brighter (cyan) blue and no connection. could you advise what the issue is or is it broken/dead. thank you for any info. Regards Richard

Hello I recently purchased a second drone from you, unfortunately it won't power up properly. The battery is fully charged, you don't get the tune as it powers up. It has never been flown still has labels on. I hope you can help, was very happy with your other drone, Kind regards Mark Christian pearson

After the first use one of the motors stopped working. It try's to rotate a few times and stops. I am very disappointed with this product.

One of the feet tilted down was broken on the landing. It was on the back foot to the right if you see the drone in front of the camera. Where can I get such a part?

Cannot pair the drone with jjrc software. Using my WiFi I can find the drone and appears to connect, message says "connected/no internet", so when I go to the app, it says "connect to drone WiFi" What is the reason and how can I remedy. Thanks Barry
