I recently purchased a JJRC H68 drone from Amazon, order 112-3610010-9790645 and two of the motors have failed. It did "crash" into some branches, but was still working after that. When I pulled it back out to fly it again, two of the motors were not working.
Is it possible to replace these motors? What should I do?

The app tells me to check battery and I cannot use drone. I thought the battery was bad . I bought 3 new batteries and I get the same "check battery" message. How do I fix this? The drone has never been crashed and hasn't been used often. I have removed and reinstalled app. Is there a way to reset the drone? Thanks

The drone and controller power up fine. I can connect to the controller's wifi from my iphone XR, but I cannot get the downloaded app Enjoy fly or Cfly to do anything.
This is the second email I have sent to your company. I would appreciate it if I could speak to someone in technical support, but I do not know how to call China from the US. Thanks
