  6. Hi, I can't connect my phone to the drone. I tried with android and iOS. When i go on pair just nothing happens and also the camera is still black. Is there an update coming to fix this issue or is the drone not usable anymore?

  7. I was just hoping to get some suggestions on one kind of serious issue I am having. I'll be flying the drone, everything will be going great and, all of a sudden, it will start to veer to the left and down and is pretty much uncontrollable. Is there anything I can do to avoid this happening? Thanks for your time!

  9. I recently received the drone I purchased from Banggood. It is the JJRC X9PS Upgraded. Since I received the drone I have only had a chance to fly @ 3 times. The first time I flew it it worked pretty good and I was happy for my first try. I then flew a second time and it only lasted a few minutes and then auto-landed like the battery had died I thought, but it was @ 80%. The third time I tried to fly it I could not connect to the controller via wifi. The option to connect to the controller was not a choice for me in the wifi networks on my phone a Samsung S8. The connection for the drone was there and I could connect to that but not the controller. I have tried to remove and install again the app CFLY DREAM and still not working. I have also checked with a different phone to see if it could connect to the controller wifi but had the same issue where the drone was available but the controller was not there.

    The lights come on the controller when I turn it on (both green) and when I press the M button the left one changes to red and the controller beeps when I push those buttons but the wifi is not working.

    They asked me to send pictures and a link to a video that would describe the issue. I sent them all that they requested but I have still not been able to have this resolved.     Is there a way to have my controller replaced with a new one that has working WiFi that I could pair to my drone? FYI there is more info below of my first communications with Banggood on the issue.

    Please advise on how to resolve this warranty issue for this faulty controller.
