I just bought the new h36 mini drone from lazada malaysia. I am not able to operate the drone as when i slot in the battery, the drone is not activated. The battery is charged and unplugged when the light goes on.

Kindly help me to troubleshoot.

good morning, I have the model jjrc x11, but the remote control is not connecting to the drone ...
the battery icon of the drone appears as if it had no battery connected ...

I will be purchasing the X17 from Banggood but can you tell me if the X17 has a SD card slot for recording videos. I look forward hearing from you. Regards, John

My newly purchased jjrc x8 cetus drone having a problem on the front left brushless not spinning smooth a bit stiff..also when fly the drone drift left and right even on gps..no wind just a clear sunny weather..left motor not smooth and drifting on first flight until now..maybe the item is not handled properly during shipping because the box dent on it side..

I lost my USB charger cable. Is it possible to send a new one ( complete) and also a few extra propellers.

I have bought the H71 drone from your compamy and I am quiet happy with it.
Unfortunatly, the battery has a poor duration cycle and I would like to buy more of them but I can't find any supplier.
Battery reference are : Acetop DS852075 3,7v 1000mAh.
