Hello, I bought an Elfie drone from BangGood.com and I haven't had any success flying it so far. The motors sound really strained and it won't let me calibrate it properly. I know it's not a full featured GPS drone like my DJI Mavic, but for $50, I expected it to at least fly stably enough to take some quick pictures with my nephews and I just don't trust it. I contacted Banggood, but they won't do anything to help me with this product.

Hi, I just got your new drone, which I like pretty much. However, I have an issue with the conne tion to my smartphone. Neither with my Huawei nor with a Samsung I can see the WLAN connection to the drone. The drone seems to work well, as with my Samsung tablet there is no problem. I didn't have this kind of issue with my drones from HolyStone. Is there a thing I have to adjust in the phones?

The drone works fine except it will only go to 26 meters high it should go to 400 feet which is which is somewhere between 100 and 121 meters is there something I need to do to reset the drone

How do I turn camera on for photos and video.....camera not working when drone is paired with phone
Dear JJRC, We are writing from Italy. We bought a drone from the Internet but it has fallen and broken down. We would like to fix it but we haven't been able to find assistance in Italy. We were wandering if you could help in any way, by sending spare parts and telling us where to go to repair.

While reading the user manual, on page 5, there is a warning "Attention: when the quadcopter battery plugged in, please insert the charger that has a small iron as inside.". Please clarify what the internal small iron is?

Sent my feedback question to you and still await a reply about my batteries expanding following a flight with the drone. I would ask for a replacement drone or at least two replacement batteries please to show good faith in your product. I also sent an email but still await your reply. Hope you can give some positive news about this issue please. Leslie Pearson.
