Mes batteris (drone and RC) are full charge. The RC is on after the drone is on, the front red light blink and the on off buton is blink blue, the drone does not receive rc commands and the Enjoy fly software does not not want to open even if it is connected, in short how to make it fly, thank you for your help.

Hi the drone is uncontrollable to fly won’t hover and does it’s own thing. It pairs with the controller and I can connect my mobile phone to the controller. I’m afraid to fly it now as I don’t want to lose it or damage it .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When turn on controller and drone. Flashing blue LEDs on drone never turn green. Seems like connection between controller and drone cannot be stablished.
I can see controller WiFi in my smartphone but no drone WiFi.
Any suggestions about how solve it?
Drone totally unusable

The remote control and drone initially paired just fine. After about 10 minutes, it stopped working and we can no longer get the drone and remote to pair. We have taken all batteries out and waited several minutes, then tried again. Still, we have the same problem. The red light comes on on the drone. The blue light comes on for just a few seconds then turns off. We have only had this vehicle for less than one day. The red light on the remote blinks and blinks, but the two won't pair.

I need help locating the serial number on my drone. I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the drone.

Please could you help me to why the camera gimble does not work on most occasions of flight. When you try to move the camera with the slider button on the remote control nothing happens. Also could you help in a battery matter as to why all 3 battery s have split apart. Help needed

Dear ladys and gentlemen,

i owns the X5 and the H62 Splendor Drones from you.
Both working well with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge some month before.
Now I try to fly with them again.
I can connect the Drone Wifi with my Phone but the red LEDs still continue flashing.
The message from Wifi is “Connected but maybe Internet is not available”
But the App not recognize the Wifi connection.
Also I allow all Permissions the App ask for.
I delete and reinstall the App.
With no success.
With a Galaxy S6 from my friend the Drones working.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

Hi I bought your DJI Drone 5 months ago now and am so disappointed. I have waited 5 months to get my paperwork in order so I can fly my drone legally here in Thailand. I have flown it twice in this time.
But now I’m able to fly the drone and I can’t fly it because the battery’s have expanded whilst charging. Both battery’s are no longer usable so I hope you can understand my disappointment. I have a YouTube channel and was going to do reviews about Thailand using drone footage but am unable to now because the drone does not work.
There was no serial number on the drone so struggled to register it that was my 1st problem and it went on from there is why I have waited 5 months.
What can be done to fix this problem.
