Tried to contact you can never get through Drone does not respond to the controller. On take off will hover for a few seconds and then just go forward. Unable to control and crashed in tree. Was flying it the second time was brand new purchased on 3/20/22 Ann received 4/20/22 Flew and crashes on 4/23 ordered right rear leg due to crack and just got part last week. Drone continues to fly on its own With little or no response to the stick movement.

My drone took off and did little to respond to my commands. It went directly into the trees and fell to the ground. The right rear wing/leg cracked so I purchased a replacement. The drone still does the same thing. Upon take off it hovers for a few seconds and then starts to move forward on its own. This is with me not even touching the control sticks. I purchased it on 3/20/22 and got it on 4/20/22. I flew it on the 23rd,it crashed and the. same day I ordered the part which just came last week.. The drone has not flown much at all! .There is something very wrong and am asking for a replacement.. The seller is the one that has directed me to follow-up with the company Thanks

My drone was unresponsive and flew on its own crashing into the trees. When it came down the right rear arm was cracked so I ordered a replacement from the same store I purchased it. The other day I went to fly the drone took off and hovered for a few seconds and then proceeded to fly on its own forward. It is impossible to Control and wants to do it’s own thing. It is unresponsive to the controller and it’s a struggle to keep it safe.

On my second day of flying the drone took off and flew on its own. I was not able to control it as a result it went into the trees and crashed. When it came down The back right rear arm cracked. So I ordered the part from the same place I purchased it. Of course the wait time to get the drone as well as the part took weeks to get. The other day I went to fly when I took off it hovered for a few seconds and then proceeded to go on its own forward. It is not responding and is not working properly at all It is impossible to control!
