2 questions: 1) The User's Manual says when the USB charger is connected a red light comes on. I don't see a red light. Is the manual wrong? 2) How do I open the drain holes?

It's a black and silver drown jjrc is in silver writing it has a silver stripe down the middle the arms can fold in to fit in it's case but it did not come with a wing perpellers or extra perpellers
