I purchased a JJRC H55 and i cant calibrate it vertically (like many others h55 users). Ive already sent you several emails but got no feedback, so i demand a solution asap

I just bought Ellie+ from local store. It was ok when test at shop. But when I try at home, no power come up unfortunately. I thought low battery and recharged it till full and try to power on. But no power. I contact to shop immediately and explained detail. But the shop guy replied surprisingly that they have no responsibility for China brand. I known JJRC have good image and they should not treat me this way. Can any one help me out? I don’t know what to do.

Hi I recently bought the JJRC H47 Elfie plus through online shop Jumia to Kenya..the drone cant ascend above 5meters and stars to loose altitude thereafter cant ascend higher than afew centimeters...I charge battery till led on charger comes on but I do not think it holds charge..could I be having fake battery or just a faulty drone?
