The USB plug for charging the battery came broken. It would not plug into a computer or USB cable and upon closer inspecting there was a lump on one side of the metal strips preventing it from inserting. If we could get a replacement USB battery charger that would be nice.

One of the blades doesn't turn around, we have replaced it but it is actually the mechanism that's too slow so one corner spins slowly and it doesn't work.

Hello JJRC-Team i got a brand new X3pro. All functions working well. Only the cam doesnt store pics and videos on SD-card. On phoneapp its working. I try different cards 8GB 16GB class1 class4. Also formatted without name. one red LED on the cam is on. one is flashing low, if i start video or picture the LED is flashing fast. do you have any infos for me to fix the problem?

The manual I received with the Blue Crab shows the controls that are on my cell screen But there is no explanation of WHAT each control does,. I have 5 drones up to a dji450 and fly a lot over the past 10 yrs. This one is causing me problems. No answer back from your website, Faq., or forem
