The wifi signal does nit work, it is not appearing in any of my devices (iphone and ipad) what can I do?

i need to buy 4 remote controls of the jjrc R2 robot in english because i have bougth 4 robots in tinydeal.com and the remote controls came in chinese, please help me!!! i am a reseller and i sell this robots in mexico city and our second languaje is english (first is spanish). regards.

We've had the Smart Robot Cady Wida for 3 months. On the second time (2) we tried to charge the robot, he will no longer turn on. I've tried multiple different ports that I know work but it will not charge anymore. Is there a way to get a replacement since this robot appears defective? My children really enjoyed playing with the robot and they will be very sad if we can't get a replacement that works.

I bought your product JJRC SOL H49, from rcselfiedrone.com, but I can not make WI-FI connection with my phone, Samsung Galaxy J3, model SM/J330FN. According User manual, a should see "JJRC-#####" on my phone wi-fi connections, but it is not listed. What shall I do ? Best regards Milan by the way, everything else is working properly...

I purchased an Elfi+ H47, I installed the app on my Samsung Phone, I can connect to the drone from my phone, I see the image from camera on my phone, but I cannot start the drone, the drone's propellers are not spinning, I pressed the "One key Start" but nothing it's happening. Can someone help me with this problem? With the remote control from the package I have no problem, the drone it's working.
