I'am a first time user and I don't know how to get the Elfie to operate. I can't get power to the propellers. The propellers are inactive. What is it that I'm not doing wrong or I've failed to do?

one of the arms of the H47 does not work Does not turn the rotor. Just purchased and opened the product.

BABY ELFIE:
One of the propellers was blocked and the drone fell to the ground. As a result, the drone now doesn’t work properly.
I bought it to my son only 2 weeks ago!

Only one impeller prop started. WHEN ACTIVATED It will not shut off unless I pull battery. I purchased from internet page. David Su Sino -us 12833 CHADRON AVE, HAWTHORNECA 90250 SANTA FE SPRINGS USA 90250. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS OPERATABLE. OR REPLACE. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE.
