Hello, I bought a drone jjrc h11 wh by ebay in October of last year but I just arrived in Uruguay in December so I did not have the possibility to return it. the fact is that I can not take photos or videos with the control buttons, I used several sd memories without success without being able to take photos or videos, I would like a solution please, the camera transmits fpv and with the mobile I can take photos and video but only through wifi fpv. only with the control does not take pictures or at least does not keep them in the sd memory. This is the third time I write, I appreciate help

I cant conect jjpro camera on my 4g phone there is any solution for me Or there is any software to down grade the 5g wifi into 4g wifi? Thanks.

JJRC H43WH drone - a new unit, the unit - the software was down loaded on to a smart phone and the unit paired with the phone. All working well, on the third time the unit was used the drone was hovering but drifting and drifted and bumped into a wall, stopped and fell to the ground, the fall was about 500 mm in height. on trying to restart the unit the wifi connection was lost. when scanning for the unit the drone can not be found. have tried 3 different device to scan for the drone, without success. Please advise corrective action.

I bought a jjrc h36 and flew it a few times, after one small crash, i couldn't control it anymore and so i took the batteries out, whne i put it back the motors automatically turned on and spin, there were no led lights, i can't pair it with the controller and it just spins on its own right when i put the battery in. No Lights, Can't controlled (pair), Automatically spin

Propeller broke off leaving clear plastic piece in the arm. This seems to be what the new propeller would screw into. Is a replacement arm available? Do you have any other suggestions?

The remote controller don't want to connect with the Dron. The remote controller makes 3 Di-Di and the red light from the LED stays in a constant light. I pushed the accelerator up and after down and nothing happens. Looks like the remote controller has some problems.
