Cannot get the drone and remote to pair, I've charged the battery and put new batteries in the remote and still nothing

I was trying to make it fly inside and it went towards a wall and I stopped it manually by holding it pressing to the floor.

Now there is only one of the four propeller that is working and can't stop it. I connect the battery and starts rotating.

I connect the app and try to reset but it doesn't work.

I received a Ellie mini drone as a gift, but it fails to charge or power on.

I purchased and received the mini Elfie drone and after very little flight time one of motors doesn't operate I would like to have it replaced or fixed how do we go about doing so the fastest way Thank you

Just got an Elfie Plus. The red light on the usb charging cord for the battery does not go out.
I left it on for more than 4 hours, but it does not go out.

The lights on the dron keep flashing but will not respond to the controller.
