I can not connect jjpro x3 hax to my phone, my phone is already 5g wifi and it can connect to bugs 2 b2w and others 5g kamera drones.

I have try about 6-8 drones and the can not connect to my phone.

I would like somebody to call me back at 718-928-5416. I recently ordered a baby Alfie and I took it out of the box and it wasn't flying right and i returned it right away and ordered a new one. I bought a new one and the first time using the device with my phone app the device started to malfunction and spun around in circles. I tried to make it come back but since it was spinning in circles 20 feet over my head it just kept flying away until it lost connection to my device and it flew over the beach up and over the ocean until it was out of my sight. I can send you the video I recorded with it of this bad experience. But this is the second one I ordered this month that has malfunctioned. At first I was going to request another one if possible, but I'm almost positive that one will malfunction too.
Please I hope there's something you can do, I bought it for my cruise and only got to use it for 1 video before it flew away

Bought a blue crab drone, everything was fine but when I first start it became going up and didnt respond the control to go down!
Lost it in the first flight.
I belive it was not working because I tried to bring it down and tried to STOp but none of the controls respond.
