I just took my Blue Crab out of the box and one of the motors does not work. I tried it with out the propeller and it still does not work. Do I need a new motor, and if so, how do I get one.

My name is Marcos From Brazil, and i'm drone youtuber.
I've been acquired a drone "JJRC H55 TRACKER" with GPS, and i'm having issues to calibrate the geomagnetism. I follow strictly what the manual of instructions says, and i have no success. After bind the drone with radio, i press the calibration button, and then then the first "bips" is emitted. So i start to rotate slowly on horizontal and counter-clock wise. When i hear a "bip", i turn nose up the drone, and continue rotate the drone conter-clock wise for a long time and none of "double bip" is emitted. Consequently, i can't get turn the motors on, since the procediment of calibration was fail.

i've post this problem on my youtube channel, and i could realize that there are others persons with the same problem. Please watch it, and comprove what i'm saying.

Hi, i have ordered a JJR/C H345 drones set.
But i cant pair the remote with the drones.
First i turn on the remote (the light starts to blink) and the drone (the lights starts to blink) . Then, i follow the instructions of the manual (push the accelarator joystick to the top and then to the bottom). After this step the light of controller turns constant but the lights of the drone never stops to blink.
I dont understand why... Do you have any solution to this problem?? None of drones are pairing...
I like very much the product videos, but i would like more to play with the drones ;)

I just purchased the Elfie Plus a week ago. I have flown it once without any problems. Today I tried to fly it again and one of the propellers would not rotate. I tried to reset the drone, but that did not help. What should I try next?

Je viens d'acheter un Q39 et après 2 utilisations un triangle suspension avant à cassé.... Impossible de trouver en pièce détachées.... Comment faire pour en trouver ? Je suis situé en France près de Clermont Ferrand.

One of the blade dosen‘t stop. Even when I Turn off the drohne. What can I do?

I have a Blue Crab H43WH that I bought in December and flew it for the first time today. On the second flight it crashed and now will not lift off. It seems as if one of the motors is running intermittently. How do I fix it ? Do you supply spares ? Where ?
