Hello - I purchased an H26W quad-copter and received it on 6 Feb, 2018. I had 2 short flights, but during the third flight, it started malfunctioning. I recharged the battery and tried to fly it again, but it would not lift off the ground. I just recharged the battery again, and the motors will not even spin.
This item is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Can you inform me what the warranty replacement process is?

hola, acabo de comprar un drone JJRC H55, al momento de calibrarlo horizontalmente se puede pero al hacerlo vertical por lo que mas giro en sentido contrario al reloj no se logra calibrar. por lo que no lo he podido volar.

Can Samsung S7 support JJRC JJPRO HAX3 Camera?

i cant bind the drone with the remote. or meaning to say i cant get the drone unlock or starting up.

On remote display always indicate 'locking' icon above 'P-GPS' icon. I can unlock although i had turn down right the trottle stick and turn down left the navigation stick, together many time.

Please help to advice. Tks,

The drone (H47) right rear motor will turn on whenever connect the battery. Although I can connect the drone with WiFi and see the camera image, but unable to pair it (both by phone and the remote control unit) - the light never go solid and no response to the control.

I just got my new device

I operate it and after 10 sec pressed the stop button


Now it wont stop and stays in a mode that only one engine is running

I can only stop it if I remove the battery

I tried to connect the battery again and again one engine is running I cannot stop it

The power button on the device is not responding to short or long press it is just turn on the lights
