just purchased baby elfie and it only flys for about a minute then drops out of the sky. I then have to recalibrate remote and then the same happens over again. have tried multiple batteries and it happens using both supplied and remote and phone app as controller. Regards nathan

The drone does tacke off the ground, but it does not ascent more than 10 cm, aproximatly. What can I do? I just bought the drone in Amazon, and received it a couple of day ago. Is the first and only time I try to fly it. I try presing the calibration button, but it didn’t work. I also try with the cellphone app, but the same issue occurred.

I just received my JJRC SOl. I charged drone per manual. The charging time was about 15-20 minutes for the first charge, not 45 minutes per manual. I launched drone and flew for about 2 minutes and all 4 lights on drone started flashing. I flew until it lost power, let it cool down , charged it and again, the light on charger shut off after about 15 minutes. I flew it again and within 20 seconds, all 4 lights on drone started flashing again. It flew for maybe another 2 minutes and then it lost power and landed itself. It seems to charge too fast and run out of battery too fast. Any suggestions? Thank You

I recently purchased (H48 mini drone 6 axis rc micro rc Quadcopter) thru tophatter and on the site this product said it includes usb charger & screwdriver which it was not included. There also is no screw in the cover on the remote, not sure if that is included. Thank you, Vic

Hello, i have a problem during charge of the battery of an H40WH. In the manual it's specified that during charging operation red led stay constantly on an green led is flashing as long charge is not completed. When charge is completed the 2 led turn to constant lights but in my case it's not true the green led is flashing constantly as long 240 minuts of charging time is done. so i can't be sure if the battery is really charged.
