I have the Q36 model. original transmitter was destroyed and I've bought a new one on Aliexpress. but new transmitter is not connecting with receiver. seller from Aliexpress sent me another one - it connected successfully but max. distance where signal is available is about 30-40 centimeters. please give me any information why it happening. what can I do for my Q36 finally start to riding?

I cannot connect to this WiFi. It’s showing “ internet may not be available” Pls advise what to do so I can connect my drone to my phone’s WiFi. I tried all 3 phones still not connecting anymore. Thank you

Dear team, I am experiencing some technical issues with my drone. I connect before to my note5. It perfectly worked. When I transfer the connection to my note fe. It’s note connecting to jjrc WiFi anymore. It’s saying “ Internet may not be available”. I returned the connection to my note5. But it’s not working anymore a t all. Pls help me what to do to connect to the WiFi. I have a strong WiFi and it’s still not working well.

Dear organization, I own two drones JJR/C H20 working well with a good flying time. Since we had a good experience with your products, I have decided to purchase the drone JJR/C H47 (ELFIE+). I write you in order to know if it is normal that the flying time is very low using a complete charged battery. In other words, when I drive the drone to a certain height it maintains the altitude for less than one minute. After this time it begins to reduce the height and continues to fly at 20 cm from the ground up to the end of the charge. I’d like to know if it is OK or if the drone has some inner defect.
