Battery will not charge for the 2.4 Ghz 4WD. Where can I get another one?

I don’t know how to set the phone holder to the remote control, it not appears in the instructions guide

Crashed Drone and want to find the local agent in Perth Western Australia to see if it worth repairing.

I just turn on my drone and connect and for it to go up then it flew away and can't find it till date.... have been looking for it.... is there any means I can locate it

I have the JJRC Sol drone. I have flown it successfully with included remote. I have tried to connect to it's Wi-Fi on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) so as to use the app. It doesn't seem to be broadcasting any signal. It never shows up in my Wi-Fi. I have tried 2 different devices, I deleted and reinstalled the app. The drone is fully charged.

My H47 WiFi camera isn’t connecting to any devices. Please help.

Hello, I purchased the H47 and the WiFi camera has not been able to connect to any devices. I’ve tried both my Apple devices, my girlfriends and parents devices. None were able to connect. Please help.

I received my blue crab foldable drone on Thursday. 8th Feb 18. It did not come in a box and was just bubble wrapped with all the components in it, the battery was also inside the drone and connected.

I downloaded the control app onto my tablet.

Switched drone on and I'm not picking it up on my WiFi. Keep scanning and it does not appear. Battery is fully charged.

It's frustrating as this drone cost quite alot in my currency and its not working.

Any solutions will be very welcome

無法用外八啟動飛機，但其它遙控操作正常，飛機也確認有與遙控器連接上，外八位置也確定到位。剛收到時，3次就有一次無法啟動，現在是完全無法啟動，若是遙控器問題，是否有辦法重置遙控器，或是做遙控器的校正？此外強烈建議在距離不超過20米，高度不超過20米的範圍內，不要因為低電量而啟動自動返航往上衝。也建議能主動關閉自動返航。若有固件更新也請讓我知道，飛機內我觀察有UART接口，猜測是能更新固件的。謝謝。
