Hello, recently purchased the H23 flying car and love it. However, it is no longer flyable because one motor appears to have quit. This was after flying into some tall grass and I would like to know where to get another motor to replace the one that is apparently burned out. We love the car and would love to get it repaired as soon as possible.

We received our Q36 car today, and after about five minutes of play we lost the ability of forward and reverse. However, we were still able to turn the wheels left and right. After resetting the battery connection we had function again for about two minutes before we lost fwd/rwd again. We noticed a red light blinking inside where the battery and motor plug in, when it was working the light was consistent and not blinking. When plugging the rechargeable battery into a computer the light is solid red and not blinking on the charger.

Dear Sir Madam,
I have recently purchased a JJRC "Elfie" drone (sr#SKU673153-GDB0 PCK) from an online store. the device is not working. I have downloaded the JJRC software onto my phone.The problem appears to be that the device wifi is not working when connected to my blackberry keyone android phone. the wifi does appear on the phone and shows "connected' but no internet for some reason. Kindly advise as to how I can surmount this problem.

I purchased a CADY WITE robot by JJRC the printed instructions manual is all in Chinese. I would like to have a English PDF manual if you could send manual available by email.

I also purchased another unit Cady Wida my son enjoys playing and am also interested in kits to help teach them basics of robotics if you have please let me know.
