I just purchased an H47. I am able to operate the drone with the included controller. When I start up the app, I cannot control the drone with the app but I would like to take photos and videos. If the app is on the hand controller will not work.
Please help

related to H47 gravity drone. With the battery fully loaded and blades in full rotation the drone cannot lift into air.
What can be done to solve the problem please

I d like to contact someone who cuold tell me what is the problem with my quadcopter. I had it for 2 weeks working good but now it starts ok but after about 10 seconds flight it suddenly stops a falls down. And the controller starts beeping and the lights flashing.
Where i can find help with this ? thank you in advance.
