i wrote you earlier in regards to the h45 boogie. i have done everything that can be done to the phone to get it connect. i reset all network settings. idid a factory reset to get it to see the drone.. the drone is fully charged and no phone can see it... i would like you to replace this with a model that works.. i want a working drone!!!

Dear Sirs, I recently purchased a JJRC H37 Mini BABY ELFIE on e bay, Seller name tomorrow home. I Received my drone January 12 . and was pleased it was as expected, until I tried to fly it. I have had two issues with it. 1 When charging the batteries all charged without issue however the third would not release from the plug and pulled the socket from the battery housing upon inspection the socket had raised edges causing the plug of the charger chord to lock firmly. I had to break the locking tabs of the plug to release the plug and was able to reassemble the battery. Then I tried to fly the Mini Baby When trying to fly the unit it only tries for a very short time and merely jumps about 1or2 inches high and all motors stop. have not been able to get in the air higher than 2 inches when it just stops and starts blinking. After trying for hours with both the hand remote and the phone app I stopped and started to examining for possible reasons and noticed that one propeller appears to turn slower than the other 3 possible the reasons it stops when I try to power up. Then I tried to hand spin the propellers and notice three move freely but one does not. After contacting the e bay seller they did not offer to exchange the faulty unit but instead sent me a link where I could purchase a replacement part. I do not feel I should buy a part for this since it never got off the ground and am wondering as the manufacturer if you would send me the part, Arm and motor assembly with black and white wire with propeller A1. Mounts to the right of the camera when looking at it.
