My jjrc Elfie pocket drone is having motor problems. The top right motor does not work, so my drone does not lift in the air. I found this problem out of the box on the first flight.

1) if i want extra battery can i open and how i change in case the on board failed?
2) i have iphone 6s plus i donwloaded the app and on setting on hd mode is writing that my device does not support why?
3) can i record video or take photos whenever i want and how?
