One of the blue lights is not on and the drone will not work

Hello,

I recently received a white H31 drone for my son. We have not used the product yet but noticed it did not come with the camera attachment though the box and included guide indicates that it should have. What is the best way to get this issue resolved? My aunt placed the order and I can provide whatever information is needed I just want my son to get the full experience before he flys the drone, plus without the camera the drone feels almost to light to fly. Please let me know. Thank you.

I brought the blue crab online, I'm hugely disappointed not only did it take 2 months to recieve but it arrived faulty. Everything works fine untill it takes off then it goes into crazy mode and lose total control.. hope you can help

I purchased a jjrc h31 it came Wednesday I have flown it 6 or 7 times with a full battery and when I press my speed button it won’t switch out of 1st mode I haven’t been able to get it to go in to mode 2 can you help thank you Jeremy

On SD card at H51 or only on currently connected phone?

Just purchased a JJRC32GH Drone as a Christmas gift from Amazon. It arrived and I opened the box but there are no manuals or instructions with it. Is there a way for
