I have bought a JJRC Elfie + H47 and I can not get any smart phones to run the android app. Is there an update that will work on all android phones ?

i just bought the Baby Elfie drone and I am unable to pair the remote control to the drone. When I follow the instructions, the remote control gets a solid light, but the drone's lights continues to flash. Can you please confirm the pairing instructions? I'm able to fly the drone with the mobile app, but not the remote control. Thanks.
