i cant get the propellers to turn on.i got the app.wi-fi is working.i think that the drone itself is not transmiting a signal to my phone,there for i cant pair the device.i have tried everything.is it repairable?do i have to send it back? e-mail is yellowindian2000@yahoo.com please tell me what to do .thank you,

Have just bought JJRC H47 that doens't fly. The QR rotor stopped couple seconds and the other rotors also stopped shortly after. All rotors are spinning before trying to take off so motors are running fine. Is there any way to get that fixed.

One Blade is not working, how can I sort it? Can you send instructions to install it or fix?

I have a problem with the camera of the jjjrc elfie plus.
I have a Samsung j5 and the camera in the jjrc app doesn’t work well.
Ir”s very slowly the image and it isn’t real time.
I have tríed in a IPad Air and I have the same problem
I think the problem is for the versión of de jjrc app.
Could you tell me how I can have the last versión?
