we have the JJRC H23 AND THE BACK LEFT TIRE DOES NOT SPIN. WE PURCHASED THIS LESS THEN 3 WEEKS AGO.Please contact us with tech support on how to fix problem.

I purchased H47 drone from Johor Bahru , Malaysia.
However, it doesn't fly although blades are rotating perfectly.

Where can I download a User Manual for the BLUE CRAB, Item No. H43WH?

Hello, it's yesterday I got blue crab (H43wh). I flew with it for the first time today, first it flew normally but then one motor stopped working, I thought it is because of an battery. It's not. Now when I try to turn on drone it doesn't works. Before I could turn on it, but motors didn't turn on when I controlled them. Then drone just turn of by it self. Sorry for my bad English, I hope you understood my problem. Thanks for responding
