I have two H37 dronts and have be problems connecting to the wifi. Can’t connect at all with iPhone and occasional with android. Not reliable when connected. Is there any upgrades available or other tips?

I just got your product JJRC Q39 from Hong Kong XtoyHK shop, I feel very disappointed to XtoyHK and your product (JJRC-Q39) , This is the first time I buy your products, I have play this JJRC Q39 for a few time, but the control fail to move backward, when I took it to the XtoyHK and ask why this JJRC products fail so quickly , they said they can sent it back to JJRC check and repair (with transportation fee $80) , few weeks was overed, the XtoyHK return and siad that they can not repair since the spare parts is out of stock, and told me ask the others for reparation. I think those follow up service may not JJRC expected and the product is under warranty period. Please let me know what can I do . Thank you for your kind attention.

Dear sirs, My name is Marcelo Oliveira. I have bougth a H30WH through WICH web portal approximately 3 months ago. Today i have receive it hear in são Paulo, Brasil however it is not functioning. It seems to be that the equipment inserted on the box are not the same as discribed on the box. you know what I mean! There is no instructions to paring it with cellphone, no support for cellphone on the joystick, etc. I need a support in order to solve it and give it to my son functioning. One of my 3 batteries I received with my Baby Elfie drone got stuck in the charger when I initially charged all the batteries. The one battery broke from its connector in my effort to separate the charger. I carefully attached another battery to charger and disconnected it with no problem. Would it be possible to obtain a replacement battery?

Dear friends, I am a customer and I have several jjrc drones, but my control does not want to pair it with my jjrc h37ele and similar to radio control jjrc h11. I'm a technician and I discovered that the Crystal 2.4 emission this problem. Could you help me and send a card the h37 transmission? I'm going to do a tutorial on youtube showing how to repair and enhance the quality of the pieces JJRC. I wish fly my h37 with analog control My best regards
