Phone not connecting. I turn on the drone, lights are flashing, I turn on the WiFi on my phone, but jjrc not detected. It did connect before. It still works fine with the joystick. But is not detected by my phone.

Just received my ElFie drone, was so excited download the app turned on the drone three of the propellers work one propeller will not turn very upsetting was really looking forward in flying this drone

I'm using my drone for the first time and am able to connect the app to the drone. However the interface isn't giving me all of the controller options.

I only have the panel up top and down the right hand side of the screen. However even some of these buttons are inaccessible.

Neither of my joysticks are visible nor are the buttons in the middle (one key start, one key landing, etc.)

Any tips? I can't find any information about this online or in the booklet.

I have a Blue Crab foldable drone with one key

The manual says to take the lithium battery out, plug it into the usb and then into the usb port to charge. I followed all these steps. The manual says
NOTE
LED lights on when charging, LED lights off when finish charging

does this mean that the LED will continue to blink when charging?...does this mean the LED will stay lit when charging? what does this mean, " LED lights on when charging."
I plugged it in and the LED light blinks once and then goes off. I have it plugged in for a half an hour now and have no idea whether it is charging or not

why isn't it charging, I just took it out of the box

I received my JJRC H47 Elfie on 07OCT17 from TomTop. The drone works fine with the cell phone app, but the remote doesn't work. It gets so hot in your hand that you can't even hold it. I think if I keep the batteries in the Remote that it will catch on fire.

Can I get a replacement? I'll buy it if necessary. Thank you.

I have H37. The lights on the copter flash in different patterns at different times.

I previously sent you this question 6 weeks ago and received an acknowledgement but not answers.

I have a new jjrc H8D. The camera appears to be defective. Even though the lights come on (red and then green) it will not take a video or photo. The FPV signal does not come out of it either. The FPV video screen appears to work. When I use another FPV camera it does come on and show image. I have also tried the JJRC camera signal on another FPV video screen that I know is working and it does not show a signal.

Conclusion: The camera that came with my new JJRC H8D is defective.

Please help by replacing the bad camera for me.
