I purchased online the H43WH Blue Crab. It arrived yesterday. My son and I watched the tutorial and read the manual thoroughly. We went to a park that is about 100m by 100m. I went first and followed the instructions. The drone took off when i pressed the up arrow, however, when i pressed the down arrow and even the left joystick button for it to descend - it didn't. It carried on going higher and off to the right. I tried to push the stop button several times but it didn't come down. It has gone and my son who was in tears and very distraught after waiting two weeks for it to arrive didn't even get one turn. Please can you help?

Hello. I bought a JJRC H37 Baby Elfie drone, but it’s impossible to connect it to the iPhone. The WiFi signal is not shown on the phone. But the connection to the G-Sensor Remote Control works fine. So it can fly but no pictures or videos can be recorded. I have other JJRC drones and they work perfectly.

Any idea how to solve the problem of JJRC H37 Baby Elfie?
