I don’t know how to scan the iOS symbol. Is it an app for a scanner I download?

Hola he comprado un JJRC H36 y tengo el problema que el dron no se estabiliza en altura, es decir le doy al mando para subir y cuando dejo de mover el mando, el dron sigue subiendo (ascend) hasta el techo o empieza a bajar (descend) hasta el suelo.
todo esto nada mas encenderle y resetearlo, poniendo el mando drcho. 45º hacia abajo ya la izquierda.
