Brand New out of the box. My camera is not working. It looks like it's trying to connect and keeps spinning a blue loading or buffering light. I have redone the procedure several times and no luck. Is this something I am doing wrong or is it defective. I have seen online people with the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

App and camera works fine with iPhone 5S

I PURCHASED A JJRC H11 AND UPON THE INITIAL FLIGHT AFTER FLYING AROUND FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES I HOVERED THE DRONE 40 YARDS AWAY AND APPROXIMATELY 10 YARDS AWAY IN AN OPEN FIELD WITH 50 TO 100 YARDS OF OPEN AREA WITH ZERO TREES OR VEGETATION. I PRESSED THE ONE BUTTON RETURN AND THE DRONE HEADED TO MY LEFT (THE DRONES DIRECTIONAL RIGHT) IN A MEDIUM RATE OF SPEED AND ELEVATED APPROXIMATELY 20 YARDS INTO A FIELD WITH TALL GRASS AND TALL TREES. THE DRONE TRAVELED ABOUT 100 TO 150 YARDS UNTIL IT DISAPPEARED. A TEAM OF 4 ATTEMPTED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF TO LOCATE THE DRONE WITHOUT LUCK. THE DRONE HANDLED AMAZINGLY, THE DRONE DESIGN WAS SLEEK AND ATTRACTIVE. I ORDERED ANOTHER BUT I AM NO SATISFIED WITH THE ONE BUTTON RETURN FEATURE. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THIS FEATURE IN THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL. I AM UNSURE WHY THIS IMPORTANT DRONE FEATURE MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING MY JJRC DRONE EXPERIENCE LAST MERE MINUTES. I AM NOT SURE IF I WANT TO RISK LOSING ANOTHER DRONE TRYING TO TEST THIS FEATURE. A $70 MALFUNCTION IS COSTLY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

I just received mine. I installed the software, but it is not working.
I followed the steps as it was described. The screen is on then click on "altitude hold "the steering wheel screen is shown but "one key start " is not functioning.
