This is the 4th time im trying to talk to anybody i phrased jjrc hd8 drone it is defective out of the box can anybody contact me back

I'm having a problem with my motors where they don't spin up at the same time and don't spin in sync either.

I'm have the RTF JJRC JJPRO P200 Quad and it has EMAX 20A Lightning ESCs, EMAX Skyline 32 fc, and EMAX Cooling Series R2205 2300Kv motors.
I flashed the ESCs and FC with the most recent firmware and calibrated the ESCs in Betaflight mutiple times. When I throttle up on the tx and arm it the motors start at different times and then are out of sync. I am in acro mode and do it on a level surface after calibrating the accelerometer on the fc.

Motor 1= at 1/12 throttle it goes up to 1260- gets to max at 5/6
Motor 2= at 1/12 throttle it goes up to 1440- gets to max at 2/3
Motor 3= at 1/3 starts at normal rate- only gets to 1870 at full
Motor 4= at 2/3 starts at normal rate- only gets to 1430 at full
